Wood Rodgers assessed the Pollutant Load Reduction Model (PLRM) and it’s relevance for assessing achievement of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements for Caltrans Projects. Work includes all facets of all Caltrans’ design efforts in the Tahoe Basin with and emphasis on EIP efforts. Assignments completed in 2010 includes eight task assignments encompassing approximately 24-miles of stormwater quality and EIP improvements on SR89 in El Dorado County as well as an additional assignment covering approximately one-mile of EIP work on US-50 near Echo Lake.
