Our Planning Group integrates creative land planning and urban design with innovative engineering solutions, balancing site constraints and public policy with the client’s objectives and goals.  We help our clients maneuver through the complex regulatory and entitlement process and can offer a wide range of expertise.  We have extensive experience completing master plans for large-scale communities, conceptual site planning and design for small-scale commercial and urban infill housing sites, preparation of specific plans, design guideline documents, and detailed tentative subdivision maps.
