This project that consisted of subsurface soil investigations, laboratory testing, pavement design and prepared complete plans, specifications and engineers estimate for this work consisting of pulverization and stockpiling of existing asphalt concrete, subgrade preparation, surface and subsurface drainage improvements and asphalt concrete pavement. During construction, will provide Engineer of Record Services to monitor construction activities for conformance with the plans and specifications including review of material submittals, construction pavement requests, change orders and preparation of record drawings.
