The City of Anderson retained Wood Rodgers to develop a Pedestrian Master Plan as a means to promote a convenient, safe and attractive pedestrian-friendly environment. Following a streamlined process of field data collection and spatial analyses, maps were created to chart existing conditions at key intersections, proximity to schools, and determine priority areas for the City to pursue with limited available funds.
