Wood Rodgers completed an independent traffic model and associated EIR traffic study for the proposed Shandon Community Plan development project. The proposed Community Plan envisions development of over 2,200 residential units and 100- acres of non-residential use at full build out. The traffic study evaluated traffic impacts on two major State highways (SR-46 and SR-41) that traverse through the community as well as over 10 critical study intersections.
