The Wood Rodgers Transportation Planning group provided traffic circulation analysis and Transportation Impact Study (TIS) preparation services in support of the EIR for this proposed 384-acre, 5 million square-foot floor space, Industrial Business Park Specific Plan development project in South Lathrop. Our evaluation included cumulative traffic forecasting and operational capacity analysis and project impact evaluation at over 25 intersections for six scenarios, and including five freeway interchanges and six freeway mainline segments on Interstate 5 and State Route 120 through the project vicinity. The TIS was completed not only to meet CEQA requirements, but also meeting policy criteria and requirements of multiple agencies including Caltrans, SJCOG and Cities of Lathrop and Manteca.
