Pioneer Meadows is a master planned community of 640 acres, including 109 acres of business parks, 1,260 multi-family units, over 1,300 single family units, and a network of hiking trails, parks, and a large pond. Wood Rodgers provided geotechnical engineering and value engineering during design and construction; materials testing and special inspection services during building construction. With the development of a large pond resulting from the several million yard excavation, Wood Rodgers provided water quality monitoring per the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection throughout the mining-earthwork phases of the project. Wood Rodgers also provided Engineer of Record services related to the public improvements and dedicated roads associated with the project’s development.
