Building Inspection

Wood Rodgers has extensive experience providing deputized building inspectors to augment the inspection needs of municipal building departments. Our building inspectors are fully ICC certified for: combination, building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing inspections. Because our clients are the jurisdictional municipality, our independence and impartial enforcement of the code is maintained at all times. In addition to being ICC certified, our inspectors also receive training in third party risk management inspections. This additional training broadens the protection umbrella for homeowners, the municipality, and the builder. One of the greatest benefits afforded to our building community is our availability to provide inspections 24-hours a day, seven days a week. This provides the Developer/Contractor the flexibility needed to meet the scheduling demands without compromising the integrity of the project.
