The White Property Specific Plan was conceptualized as a New Urbanism community, maximizing dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean by maintaining an open space corridor that spans the length of the project. The community of homes features a mix of multi-family affordable housing units, alley-loaded and conventional single family homes, and auto court cluster homes. The proposed land use plan is sensitive to the significant wetland and archaeological issues that occur on site.
