The Curtis Park Village site once housed the rail yard and operations center for the Western Pacific Railroad. With access to two light rail stations, the site is surrounded by 1920’s and 1930’s era “park” neighborhoods and Sacramento City College. Consistent with the surrounding neighborhood scale and character, the community will be composed of retail commercial, a variety of housing choices, and a large community park at the center of the community featuring an amphitheater and sports facilities.
