This five story mixed-use building is located on The Broadway commercial corridor, across the street from the light rail station. Wood Rodgers prepared and processed the planning entitlements and coordinated with the architect on site design issues, including a reduction in parking due to direct access to light rail and bus service. Wood Rodgers also provided Civil Engineering and Surveying support.
