Meridian is an enclave of cluster housing accentuated by a diverse environment of public spaces. The project’s streetscape, common spaces and park sites mirror many aspects of Nepenthe, an iconic public garden overlooking the Pacific Ocean along Highway 1. In addition, the project was designed with minimal lawn areas, shrubs that are low in water use, and high-efficiency irrigation.
