Wood Rodgers prepared the site engineering improvement plans for the Mel Rapton Honda Dealership located adjacent to Haggin Oaks Golf Course, Fulton Boulevard, and Interstate 80 in Sacramento, California. This high visibility 9-acre site included a 75,000 square-foot building with a service department accommodating 60 stalls. Wood Rodgers provided plans for sewer, water, drainage, topside grading and pavement, and dry utility coordination.
