Centered on a newly constructed lake, the El Dorado Hills Town Center features local and national retailers, restaurants and cafes, a 14-screen movie theater, a hotel, a full service health club and spa, car dealership, and executive office space. Wood Rodgers provided a comprehensive suite of civil engineering services for this 120-acre mixed use project designed to serve as a “downtown” for the community of El Dorado Hills.
