The Structures Group prepared design documents and construction support services for this mixed-use retail space located at the corner of Zinfandel Drive and White Rock Road in the heart of Rancho Cordova. The main Structure supports an exterior brick faced envelope with interior three level braced and moment steel frames. The project also includes a one story retail wing with basement parking area that was designed with concrete tilt-up panels that also serve as the retaining walls on the southern edge, and meets at the corner and out-door plaza. This center boasts 34,521 SF of brand new and build to suit retail space as well as 31,044 SF of Office space.
