As the first Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Water Sense Community in Northern California, Wood Rodgers prepared the landscape design and conducted the irrigation water audits for the exterior water conservation portion of the project.  As a Water Sense partner with the EPA, Wood Rodgers is responsible for all aspects of landscape water conservation efforts as well as educational material and guidance for the landscape installer and homeowner for this 204 unit community.
