Wood Rodgers prepared the guiding document to transform this 1940’s private HOA development with a thirsty landscape into a water efficient community. The master plan transforms the existing landscape plant palette, mainly turf grass into a palette of low water use species that add color and vibrancy to an monotone landscape. The irrigation system retrofit design includes match precipitation rates for all heads, separation of appropriate hydrozones and retrofit of shrub irrigation to low volume drip.
