Wood Rodgers prepared the landscape improvement plans and conducted construction irrigation audits for this 79 unit community. Front yard landscape design was balanced with medium and low water use plants to minimize turf area, compliant with AB1881.  Landscape Audits have been successful in exceeding the State requirement of 71% distribution uniformity on each lot.
