The Hardie Board Industrial Facility consists of nearly one million square feet of industrial production plant located in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. The six story structure consists of a steel frame skeleton with a metal panelized shell and concrete slab on grade flooring. Several Silos, Ball Mills, Auto Claves and Specialized Equipment with a Union Pacific Railroad Spur were part of the overall project.

Wood Rodgers provided geotechnical engineering design, value engineering, materials testing, and special inspection for reinforcing, structural concrete, masonry, high strength bolting, welding, foundations, roof diaphragm nailing and Engineer of Record for the public improvements associated with the development.
