Due Diligence
Initial site investigations provide baseline information necessary for site purchase screening and/or development siting on a specific property, and may be required in response to Federal, State, and local regulations for land disturbing activities. Site attributes may include cultural resources and Native American Consultation, waters of the United States including wetlands, threatened, endangered and sensitive plant and wildlife species, tree species and condition, scenic quality, and potential for hazardous wastes. Wood Rodgers environmental professionals are proficient in applying and stay abreast of all required survey and reporting protocols for State, Federal, and local agencies.
