The civil engineering design included roadway design, sewer and drainage collection systems, water transmission systems, and grading. Some of the specific services included utilities studies, infrastructure cost estimating, design of arterial and collector roadways, detention basins, drainage pump stations, sewer lift stations, water transmission mains, and overall grading for development of the project site. Wood Rodgers also provided land planning in coordination with a consultant team and public agencies, to obtain approval of tentative subdivision maps, general plan amendments, community plan amendments, rezones, special development permits, as well as development of Planned Unit Development (PUD) design guidelines.
