Wood Rodgers provided civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture services for this complex, multi-faceted project. This project provided the necessary infrastructure improvements to serve a planned 4,000 person residential community in the West Campus area. Project components included roadway and landscape improvements, including two multi-lane roundabouts; a 300,000 gallon water tank and 1,250 gpm booster pump station; a 2.6 mgd sewer lift station; mechanical and electrical upgrades to the campus’ main storm drain pump station; over five miles of sewer, water, and drainage piping; and reconfiguration of existing overhead and underground telecom and electrical systems.
