The vision for this new community was inspired by the elements that make traditional small towns great places to live—a diverse mix of housing choices located near civic uses, parks and open spaces, shopping and jobs. Accessible amenities, a strong sense of place, and a network of parks and open space all are elements that accomplish the goals of our Client, the City of Ceres.
