Difficult topography, complex drainage issues, and multiple planning and engineering challenges were solved to create this integrated master planned community. A mix of land uses, including public services and infrastructure, as well as the need for sensitive coordination with adjacent properties, all were orchestrated to process permits with FEMA, NDOT, the City of Fernley and other state and federal agencies.
