Being the area’s first Five Star Hotel, the Ritz-Carlton-Lake Tahoe, consists of six stories, 75 residences with amenities such as spas and whirlpools for luxury living. This project includes associated public and private improvements and infrastructure. Wood Rodgers provided Risk Management Building Inspections during the construction of this 75-unit residence hotel. These inspections focus on the most litigated construction defect items. Wood Rodgers ability to simultaneously provide building inspections with materials testing and inspection services leads to a more comprehensive quality control program with the economy of scale and overlap necessary to optimize the client’s inspection dollar.
