The Hilton Garden Inn consists of a six-story Hotel within the South Meadows Business Corridor located in Reno, Nevada. The building consists of a six-story, wood frame with slab on grade construction. Wood Rodgers provided Inspection and Observation Services during application of the passive fire barrier latex. The material was applied to the overlay construction so to encapsulate the untreated wood. Our services included providing full time observation of the application of the fire barrier latex, preparing onsite daily field reports, photographing, and randomly measuring millimeter thickness of the application.
