Wood Rodgers was contracted for professional services for this 65,000 square-foot medical office building located north of the Promenade Mall. Our team oversaw the development of this project’s Low Impact Design (LID) strategy to reduce water quality costs for the proposed project. Coordination with the development team and the City of Elk Grove were required on the entitlement approvals for the larger retail commercial parcel (28.3Ac) that included the 6-acre Kaiser site. Wood Rodgers attended meetings with City Officials and represented the project during public hearings through final approval by the City of Elk Grove.
