This park was designed to provide a central gathering place and source of pride for the residents of a large new community. Designed to accomplish two seemingly incompatible goals, this park artfully provides natural buffering from the site’s sensitive species while provided a natural respite for the community’s residents. Some features of this naturally integrated jewel include horseshoe pits, tot lots, trails and resting areas, and picnic areas.
